How you perceive yourself reflects how you present yourself
Have you found yourself overcome by stress and anxiety during client meetings? Do you flip out when a project goes awry? When we stress out, our anxiety affects the way we present ourselves to our clients. So how do we go about relaxing in situations that aren't so much? Caffeine isn't always the answer!
Margaret Dutcher, an expert on healthy living and relaxation, will identify sources of stress and how to de-stress so that we can have success with clients and the advertising industry.
Bring your teddy bears for a good cause!
AAF-Montgomery announces Child Protect as our DesignRally recipient! We will be collecting new or gently used teddy bears now until April 1st. The bears will be donated to Child Protect on behalf of AAF-Montgomery members when we present them with their logo, website and print materials in April.
